- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Conduct analyses and prepare reports to support business operations.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to improve billing timeliness and accuracy and to support small to medium projects.
- Assist with process design and modifications for continuous improvement.
- Communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve billing concerns and manage collections.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
