Job Description
Billing Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk. This position is responsible for preparing invoices, processing billing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with account reconciliation. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain customer billing records
- Process payments, credits, and adjustments
- Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Support the accounting department as needed
- Previous billing or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with billing/accounting software is a plus
