This position is an in-office position in our Dallas-Business Service Center in Farmers Branch, TX .

Billing Clerk Opportunity:

The Billing Clerk will process weekly billing for 30 to 40 branches across the country. You will be responsible for special billing requests for your branches and ensuring our controls for accurate invoices are met with each process. This position will report to the Billing Manager and is located in our Corporate Dallas Business Service Center in Farmers Branch, TX.

Billing Clerk Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire billing process from balancing to sending out invoices for assigned branches within our deadlines
• Ensure compliance with control objectives
• Interact with your departmental colleagues, branch colleagues, and clients as needed
• Respond promptly to emails and Help Desk Tickets

Billing Clerk Attributes:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 plus years of clerical experience
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Intermediate Excel experience
