- Prepare and issue invoices, memos, and monthly statements
- Maintain accurate customer files and billing records
- Compile and record billing information and transactions
- Research and resolve discrepancies between shipping and billing records
- Provide professional customer service
- Use billing software, computers, and office equipment
- 1+ year of billing experience preferred
- High school diploma or college education preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and basic math/financial skills
- Computer and billing software experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform repetitive office tasks
