Job Description
Position Type: Full-time, Hourly
Location: In Office; Auburn, WA
Wage Scale: $20.00- $24.00 per hour
Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) are able to enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Enter and evaluate billing and invoicing documents for accuracy for residential and commercial accounts.
- Obtain missing data when necessary
- Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices.
- Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency.
- Completes a high volume of transaction entries on an ongoing basis throughout the month.
- Adheres to strict deadlines to complete billing.
- Additional duties maybe assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Billing and/or Invoicing for residential and commercial accounts experience in a construction industry preferred
- Organizational, time management and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Regular attendance is required
