Full-time Billing Clerk- Accounts Receivable Agent wanted at Pella Windows and Doors SW in Albuquerque, NM!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BILLING CLERK- ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AGENT:

You'll work a reliable 8 am–5 pm Monday through Friday schedule, focusing on a balance of organization and customer interaction.

Each day as our Billing Clerk- Accounts Receivable Agent, you keep operations running smoothly by making courteous payment reminder calls, processing invoices with precision, and taking phone calls from customers who need your assistance. You maintain order in financial records and organize files, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You take pride in knowing your attention to detail helps the team succeed.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

1+ years of experience
Completed coursework in higher education
Self-motivated and punctual
Strong team player

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree
Excellent customer service
