Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Billing Clerks. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in logistics, operations, or finance.
What You'll Do:
- Finalize customer invoices accurately and on time
- Review and process MAWBs and HAWBs daily
- Collaborate with Logistics Coordinators to resolve data discrepancies
- Manage tariff-related billing issues with internal teams
- Enter and verify agent charges and PODs
- Support special projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables a plus!)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-service mindset
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
- Associate's degree (business/logistics) is a plus
- Ability to obtain TSA certification (required)
Work Environment:
- Office-based role
- Primarily computer work (8+ hours/day)
