Billing Coordinator

Role Overview:

To issue invoices to customers. Review orders and work orders for correct documentation.

Role Responsibilities::

• Perform detailed, analytical clerical work.
• Close out shipments with correct base and accessorial charges according to customer tariffs.
• Communicate effectively with customers and owner-operators regarding potential issues.
• Track, collect, and evaluate all billing documents to ensure necessary information is available for successful invoicing.
• Bill customer invoices using transportation software (Trinium System).
• Verify drivers' trip logs and approve driver payments.
• File and scan paperwork.

Location: Channelview, Texas

Salary: $19.00 per hour
