Position OverviewConfidential opportunity for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support revenue cycle operations within a senior living community. This role ensures accurate billing, collections, and resident account management.
Key Responsibilities• Process resident billing across multiple service lines• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances• Ensure accuracy of charges, payments, and adjustments• Work closely with residents and families to resolve billing questions• Support month-end close and reporting
Qualifications• 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Proficiency with billing systems and Excel
