This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department and the successful candidate will be directly responsible for all aspects of our billing process. Overseeing and streamlining billing and collections processes.2. Month-end closing of the billing group information.3. Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.4. Special project as requested.5. Assisting with the formulation of billing operational strategies.6. Coordinating the preparation of bills and invoices.7. Ensuring all transactions are processed swiftly and accurately.8. Managing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing.9. Familiarity with financial software.4. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.10.
