TheBilling Coordinatorposition requires exceptional organizational skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and a positive attitude.
In this role, you will:
- Track and receive timesheets daily.
- Ensure contracts and supporting documentation are consistent with incoming timesheets
- Validate that timesheets have required signatures
- Monitor travel receipts, resolve issues to ensure timeliness of billing
- Process timesheets and all related travel for Billing
Here’s what we look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong MS-Excel skills
- Prior billing experience a plus
- Demonstrable organizational skills
- Enjoy working in a high energy,deadline-orientedenvironment
- Effective decision-making and follow-through
- Ability to effectively communicate process to internal/external customers
- Able to effectively manage time, multi-task and set priorities
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Possess strong analytical thinking andproblem-solvingskills
