Inbox Monitoring and TriageMonitor shared pricing and budget inboxesTriage incoming requests based on urgency and type (e.G., rate requests, budget updates, reporting asks)Route requests to appropriate team members2. Data Pulls and Reporting SupportPerform basic data pulls from structured systems (e.G., Cosine, financial systems, rate databases)Generate simple reports and summaries (e.G., budget vs. Actual, list of timekeepers and rates)3. Rate and Pricing Information SupportRespond to routine inquiries, including:Standard rates by timekeeper/classClient-specific rates and discountsPull information from approved systems and rate sheets (no independent judgment or rate setting required)4. Budget Entry and Maintenance (Cosine)Enter budgets into Cosine (matter planning system)Update and maintain existing budgetsSet up and maintain budget alerts and notifications in accordance with team guidance5. Data Entry in Service Now WorkflowsPRP (pricing review process) –Enter new pricing arrangements for clients/mattersAnswer simple questions or solicit answers from Pricing team Assign new complex arrangements to Pricing Analysts
