Billing Department Analyst

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review invoices, verify billing codes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues with vendors and clients.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to billing and collections.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve billing processes and efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners regarding billing matters.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related financial roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
