The Billing and Coding Operations Manager leads billing and coding operations to ensure accurate claims processing, regulatory compliance, timely reimbursement, and strong revenue cycle performance. This role oversees billing and coding staff, monitors key financial and operational metrics, drives process improvements, conducts coding compliance initiatives, and partners with providers and leadership to optimize reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency. The position requires expertise in healthcare billing, coding regulations, revenue cycle management, and team leadership to support organizational goals and financial success.
