Role: (Construction) Billing SpecialistLocation: Las Vegas, NV 89032Setting: 100% on SitePay: $24 - $26/hourRequirements: Background and drug screeningOverview: Seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll and billing for a fast-paced construction environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and cross-team collaboration.Key Responsibilities
- Process daily timekeeping (TCR) and transfer data into AZ/UKG
- Run weekly payroll (~50 employees) and support month-end processing
- Manage full-cycle billing and payroll with high accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and audit records, ensuring data integrity
- Partner with contractors and internal teams to resolve billing/payroll issues
- Billing: 2+ year experience (construction industry preferred)
- Payroll: Experience processing weekly payroll
- Systems: Strong data entry skills; TCR/UKG experience a plus
- Communication: Comfortable working with contractors and diverse personalities
- Onboarding: 12 weeks side-by-side training provided
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and positive mindset
