Job Description
Looking to grow your healthcare career? We are hiring for several hybrid healthcare roles supporting member services, pharmacy benefits, billing operations, grievances, and provider services. - Provider Service Representative: $20-$25/hr
- Pharmacy Benefits Specialist: $25-$31/hr
- Grievance Specialist: $31-$39/hr
- Premium Billing Reconciliation Specialist: $22-$27.94/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage questions
- Resolve member, provider, and customer inquiries
- Support billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with pharmacy benefits and prior authorizations
- Prepare reports, conduct quality reviews, and maintain compliance
- Perform data entry, documentation, and administrative support
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, billing, or administration
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Health plan, claims, or pharmacy experience is a plus
