Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Track billable hours and case expenses
- Handle payment processing and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines
- Maintain financial records and reports
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of billing experience in a law firm or legal environment
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
