Responsibilities:

  • Audit/ verify charges prior to invoicing of freight bills
  • Rate/ verify charges as soon as paperwork arrives
  • Process paperwork into the image system
  • Communicate with agents/owner-operators with any problems
  • All other duties as assigned by manager
  • Process invoices to be mailed to customer.
