Billing Specialist

Classic Aire Care has an immediate opening for a full-time HVAC Billing Specialist! Classic Aire Care is an HVAC and plumbing service provider celebrating nearly 100 years of operation. Our business model from the beginning has been organic growth as well as growth through acquisition. We specialize in maintaining, servicing, and installing complete comfort and plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties. We're looking for a skilled HVAC billing specialist to join our team. We offer competitive pay within the range of $21 to $24 per hour and benefits.

Responsibilities:· Review all completed installation projects to finalize, close and bill daily· Review and process all Service and Maintenance jobs and bill daily· Review and confirm all equipment and material was pulled onto the job

properly· Confirm all pricing and charges are accurate· Add any additional fees to job· Register all equipment with manufacturer· Register warranties on vendor websites· Calculate bonuses and commissions for each job· Submit and track all rebates – Ameren, Lennox, Spire· Update Service Module with all warranty information· Purchase extended warranties as needed· Mail all paperwork to customer including permits, invoices, and warranty

registrations· Respond to customer inquiries regarding charges, rebates or warranties as needed· Review open jobs that are waiting on pending PO’s and batch and post as available· Review all completed plumbing projects to finalize, close and bill on a

weekly basis· Assist with overflow of service and maintenance billing as needed

Qualifications:· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Ability to meet deadlines· Microsoft Excel experience required· Prior experience working in billing within the HVAC industry is a plus· Ability to thrive in a fast past environment· Excellent oral and written skills· Ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently· Friendly, courteous, and professional· HVAC industry experience a plus· Service Titan experience a plus
