Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a full-time, on-site Client Accounts & Retention Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage client billing and accounts receivable while serving as a key point of contact for clients and their families. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and brings empathy and professionalism to every interaction.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Manage client accounts and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and responsible parties on billing questions and
account updates.
Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure billing aligns with services delivered.
Listen to concerns, resolve issues, and build positive, long-term client relationships.
Conduct follow-up on outstanding and delinquent accounts, including documentation of
communications and payment arrangements.
Prepare A/R and collections reports for leadership.
