Investigate and resolve claim denials and billing issues

Perform Medicaid eligibility verification and insurance follow-upReconcile and maintain accounts receivable

Stay current on Medicaid, Medicare, and payer updates

Work closely with internal departments to resolve eligibility and billing concerns

Experience billing family practice or similar healthcare services preferred

Experience billing Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance required

Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance standards

Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is a plus
