Job DetailsResponsibilities

• Prepare and submit invoices for multiple medical service lines
• Verify insurance authorizations, coding, and patient billing data
• Follow up on outstanding payments and denials to ensure timely resolution
• Reconcile billing reports and patient accounts
• Assist with month-end close and reporting for the billing department
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing experience (healthcare or medical billing preferred)
• Strong understanding of EOBs, claim submission, and collections processes
• Experience with EMR or billing software such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena
• Detail-oriented and able to handle a high volume of transactions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
