Job DetailsResponsibilities

Prepare and process monthly attorney billing and client invoices
Review prebills for accuracy, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines
Maintain electronic billing (eBilling) submissions via various client portals
Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments
Assist with reporting, accruals, and month-end close activities
Communicate directly with attorneys, clients, and accounting staff to ensure accurate billing records

Qualifications

2+ years of billing experience in a professional services or law firm environment
Familiarity with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar legal billing software
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
