Process invoices according to customer requirements

Meet deadline dates for invoicing

Prioritize and multitask

Systems & SpreadsheetsWork with Excel and Google spreadsheets

Utilize Adobe/PDF tools and network shares

Learn and utilize the company's operating system

Experience with Navision is a plus

Communication & TeamworkCommunicate effectively

Work independently while also contributing to the team

Handle significant responsibility in a fast-paced office environment

Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction

What We're Looking ForAbility to prioritize and multitask

Experience reviewing and auditing data

Excellent communication skills

Excel and Google spreadsheet experience

Knowledge of Adobe/PDF and network shares

Excellent ability to work independently and with a team

Ability to handle significant responsibility

Ability to learn and utilize company operating systems

Experience with Navision is a plus
