The ideal candidate will have billing, invoicing, administrative, and customer account experience. This position is responsible for gathering billing information, preparing accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, and communicating with customers regarding account information.Why You’ll Like This Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather billing information and calculate costs, charges, and applicable fees.*
• Verify billing data for accuracy and correct discrepancies or errors.*
• Prepare accurate, itemized invoices and other billing documentation.*
• Calculate discounts and other adjustments when applicable.*
• Perform general bookkeeping and administrative duties related to billing.*
• Enter and maintain billing data, invoices, account records, and supporting documentation.*
• Maintain organized records of amounts due for services provided.*
• Contact customers to obtain, verify, and update account information as needed.*
• Resolve routine billing issues and assist with identifying solutions to discrepancies.*
• Learn and use company software, systems, and processes.*
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.*
• 3+ years of billing or administrative experience required.*
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.*
• Previous office experience preferred.*
• Previous experience with a homebuilder, homebuilding company, construction company, or related industry is strongly preferred.*
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.*
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.*
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve issues as they arise.*
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.*
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and professional customer interaction.*
• Ability to remain focused, organized, and productive in a fast-paced environment.
