Job Description
Title: Billing SpecialistReports To: Chief Information Officer (CIO)Setting: 100% On SiteLocation: Goodyear, AZ 85338Hours: Tues Thurs, 8 AM 5PMStart Date: April 20Pay Rate: $26$28/hour Were hiring an Invoicing/Billing Specialist to manage high?volume procurement and invoice processing, with a strong focus on IT purchases. This role oversees end?to?end purchasing activities and plays a key role during fiscal year?end.What Youll Do
- Manage end?to?end invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and budget alignment
- Oversee IT purchasing activities (approx. 90% of the role)
- Track and manage purchase orders for software and hardware
- Process high volumes of annual renewals, especially around fiscal year?end
- Review and intake purchase requests via IT tickets, including bulk purchases
- Open POs and partner with up to eight department managers on procurement needs
- Manage monthly telecom billing, supporting multiple teams with budget tracking
- Strong experience in invoicing and purchasing
- ERP experience (Tyler Munis preferred; others welcome)
- Proven IT purchasing experience
- Tyler Munis ERP experience
- Previous government or public?sector experience
