The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and processes. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM protocols for HVAC systems, ensuring that all models are accurate, comprehensive, and in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate all relevant information into a unified, functional model.
• Utilize BIM software to create detailed 3D models of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts.
• Analyze HVAC designs for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in project meetings, presenting BIM models and contributing to strategic planning and problem-solving discussions.
• Continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BIM processes, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages of the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on HVAC systems.
• Extensive knowledge of BIM software and processes, with a particular emphasis on 3D modeling.
• Proficiency in HVAC design and mechanical systems.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
