Job Description
SAR High School, located in Riverdale, New York, is a mission-driven, co-educational, modern Orthodox Jewish high school committed to student-centered learning in a challenging and supportive environment. We are seeking a full time biology teacher and Science Department Chair for the 2026-27 school year.
Candidates should be skilled at teaching NYS Regents based Biology to students of different levels with leadership experience in science education to support and collaborate with our talented teachers of biology, chemistry and physics. All SAR High School science courses include a weekly double period laboratory experience.
The salary is $110-125,000 and is commensurate with experience.
