Job Description: The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting the production of therapeutic proteins (API) in a cGMP-regulated environment. This role involves operating equipment, executing manufacturing processes, performing basic laboratory tasks, and maintaining compliance with GMP and safety standards while working in a cleanroom environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes, including CIP/SIP operations.
- Execute process recipes and follow SOPs in compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pH, conductivity, and sample testing.
- Handle material movement, including transfer of raw materials and chemicals.
- Maintain cleanroom environment, including cleaning, sanitization, and 6S practices.
- Record production activities in written and electronic systems.
- Participate in shift handovers, meetings, and team activities.
- Maintain training and qualification for assigned tasks.
- Follow aseptic techniques and ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines.
Requirements:
- 1 2 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or related environments.
- Experience working with SOPs, GMP, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Candidates with backgrounds such as food service, pharmacy tech, mechanical/technical roles, healthcare, or similar SOP-driven roles are also considered.
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in a scientific or technical field preferred.
