Biotechnologist Associate

Job Description: The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting the production of therapeutic proteins (API) in a cGMP-regulated environment. This role involves operating equipment, executing manufacturing processes, performing basic laboratory tasks, and maintaining compliance with GMP and safety standards while working in a cleanroom environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes, including CIP/SIP operations.
• Execute process recipes and follow SOPs in compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
• Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pH, conductivity, and sample testing.
• Handle material movement, including transfer of raw materials and chemicals.
• Maintain cleanroom environment, including cleaning, sanitization, and 6S practices.
• Record production activities in written and electronic systems.
• Participate in shift handovers, meetings, and team activities.
• Maintain training and qualification for assigned tasks.
• Follow aseptic techniques and ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines.

Requirements:

• 1 2 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or related environments.
• Experience working with SOPs, GMP, or regulated environments is preferred.
• Candidates with backgrounds such as food service, pharmacy tech, mechanical/technical roles, healthcare, or similar SOP-driven roles are also considered.
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in a scientific or technical field preferred.
