Black Raven Trades Group is looking for driven, high-potential individuals to join our 10-week Summer Internship Program.
This is not a typical internship. You'll gain real experience, real responsibility, and real exposure to how a high-performing company operates.

What You'll Do
Weeks 1-5: Rotation Phase
- Ride along with technicians in the field
- Experience customer interactions in our contact center
- Gain exposure to marketing, operations, and leadership
- Assist with real tasks and projects
Weeks 6-10: Specialization
- Join a department based on your strengths
- Take on increasing responsibility
- Contribute to real business outcomes

Who We're Looking For

No prior experience in the trades required.
Qualifications
- High school senior or currently enrolled in college
- Able to work full-time for 10 weeks
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Willingness to participate in hands-on work
Schedule & Pay
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Duration: 10 Weeks
- Compensation: Paid

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
