Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of electrical PCBAs for all ONE’s products
- Optimize electrical designs for performance, cost, manufacturability, testability
- Create and own functional and quality requirement specifications for BMS electrical components and assemblies
- Define and write detailed component and subsystem test plans. Analyze test data, write detailed test reports, and present results and recommendations to engineering management
- Generate and lead physical testing on prototypes
- Design circuits in Altium, and assist in floor planning and review of PCB layouts
- Full product design responsibility, from concept through production launch
- Support ongoing/continuous product and process improvement
- Owning basic testing and analysis; supporting advanced testing and analysis
- Solving and determining root causes for test failures and production problems
- Optimize designs via analytical, numerical, and/or empirical assessments
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
