Job Description

Finance & Insurance Assistant

Fields BMW is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create lifelong relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department with daily operations
  • Assist in preparing and organizing deal paperwork
  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions
  • Help submit credit applications and track approvals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure deals are processed efficiently
