A high-volume, well-equipped automotive powerhouse in Nashville is searching for an A-Level Technician who speaks fluent BMW. With more than 30 years of trusted service, this shop has built a rock-solid reputation—especially among BMW owners who expect nothing but the best.
Whether you've built your career at a dealership or an independent European shop, we'd love to talk. We're especially interested in technicians with BMW experience and welcome candidates with Jaguar and Land Rover backgrounds as well.
Your Daily Drive
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles
- Work alongside experienced technicians to solve complex electrical and drivability issues
- Occasionally service Jaguar, Land Rover, and other European and Asian import vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while delivering high-quality repairs
- Participate in ongoing factory and manufacturer training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a strong team culture
Who Thrives Here
- 5+ years of experience working on European and Asian imports
- Extensive BMW diagnostic and repair expertise
- Jaguar and Land Rover experience is a strong plus
- Dealership technicians are highly encouraged to apply
- Willingness to attend and complete BMW, Jaguar, and Land Rover factory training
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable working across multiple makes and models
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
