Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school setting in the Newark, DE area. The BCBA will oversee behavior programs, provide staff training, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.

Location: Serving a school in Newark, DEJob Type: Full-Time, School-Based (32.5 hours per week)Compensation:$2,112.50 – $2,275 per week

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide coaching and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff.
Analyze data to drive instructional and behavioral decisions.
Monitor fidelity of behavior plan implementation.
Support crisis response protocols as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education teams.

Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required.
Experience in a school setting strongly preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.
Ability to support diverse student needs across grade levels.
