We partner with highly engaged schools where collaboration, student growth, and innovation come first.
Position Highlights:
  • Location: Seattle, WA (multiple school sites available)
  • Hours: 32 hours/week, full academic year contract
  • Schedule: Follows the district school calendar – enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays off!
  • Pay Range:$2,240 - $2,400 per week (depending on experience)

As a School BCBA, you’ll:
  • Lead and support Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success
  • Model and coach Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in classroom settings
  • Collect and analyze data to drive measurable progress
  • Empower students with social and emotional learning tools that last a lifetime
Qualifications: 
  • Current BCBA Certification (BACB in good standing).
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Washington State licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience working in school or pediatric settings (3+ years ideal).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
