Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time

$82,000 annually | Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric outpatient team.

You’ll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while working alongside a collaborative pediatric team focused on helping children achieve meaningful progress.

Your Role

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment recommendations based on progress
Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Provide parent and caregiver education and support
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
