Job Description

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for direct hire at their Salisbury, MD location. Sign on bonus available!!Responsibilities:
  • Completes client assessments, develops treatments plans and monitors client progress.
  • Provides support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers.
  • Provides direct supervision and training to the Behavior Technicians.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education).
  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification is required upon date of hire.
  • Experience working with ABA is preferred.
