Job Description

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Location: Kent, WA 98030

Pay: $95/hr.

Schedule: Flexible, part-time - around 10 hours weekly based on your availability /preference

Duration: ASAP - 06/17/2026 (possible extension)

Work Type: Hybrid | Requires on-site presence for in-person visits. Tasks must be completed remotely, and by visits to schools, for approximately 5 to 10 hours per week. You get to set your own schedule and determine when to come onsite/Remote

Overview: Seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Kent, WA. Unlike typical BCBA positions, you will not be responsible for conducting FBAs or writing BIPs. Instead, this position emphasizes overseeing RBTs, providing training and modeling, creating visual supports, and managing data systems.

Qualifications

An active BCBA certification in Washington is required
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work closely with Behavior technicians
