Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for delivering a full range of applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and clinical services for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs. This role includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing caregiver training across both clinical and community settings. The BCBA will supervise and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of proactive strategies, skill acquisition programs, and behavior support interventions. In addition, the BCBA will collaborate closely with the Pediatric Center's interdisciplinary medical and therapy teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and improved outcomes for the families we serve. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary and incentive pay for billable hours, with opportunities for increased earnings tied to productivity and performance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Current Behavior Analyst state licensure in Tennessee and Georgia.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, with advanced knowledge of behavioral health, treatment methodologies, and professional practices.
  • Must maintain CPR certification.

Preferred:

  • At least 3 years of recent experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families.

Requirements

  • Proficient in administering behavior-analytic assessments with a strong understanding of child development.
  • Skilled in designing and implementing positive behavior support plans and individualized programming.
  • Knowledgeable in evidence-based ABA methodologies, including discrete trial training and natural environment teaching.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Competent in basic computer applications with experience using data collection systems and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrates cultural competence and the ability to adapt ABA practices to meet diverse client needs

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments using appropriate clinical tools and evidence-based, data driven methods.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral interventions aligned with client needs and current research.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Provide ABA consultation and ongoing support to parents and caregivers to promote skill generalization.
  • Collect, graph, and analyze data to monitor client progress and guide program adjustments.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week, with eligibility for weekly bonuses when exceeding productivity benchmarks.
  • Participate in in-person trainings, meetings, on-site clinical support, and supervisory activities as directed by management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and program records.
  • Remain current with applicable policies, data privacy regulations, and professional standards in the ABA field to ensure compliance.
