Step Into a Rewarding BCBA Role with Treetop ABA!Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Albuquerque, NMSchedule: Hybrid – minimum of 3 Days In-Clinic, 2 Days RemoteSalary: $90K–$110K + Monthly Bonuses

This is your chance to join a supportive, collaborative team while enjoying the perfect balance of in-clinic interaction and remote flexibility.

You’ll spend three days each week working hands-on with children and families in our new clinic and two days focusing on planning, documentation, and collaboration from home.

What You’ll Do

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and track meaningful progress
Supervise, train, and collaborate with RBTs
Partner closely with families to support consistency and growth
Balance in-person client work with remote planning and coordination
