Role Overview
As an In-Center Hybrid BCBA serving the Provo clinic, you will:
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality ABA in-center (primary) with supplemental remote work
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners
- Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
Schedule Structure: ✔ 3 days in-center (Provo clinic) ✔ 2 days remote (Telehealth, planning, supervision, documentation, family support)
Requirements
Qualifications
- BCBA certification (required)
- Utah LBA certification (required)
- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Spanish fluency is a plus!

- Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
