Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Location: Wilmington, DE (commutable from Pennsylvania)
- Grades: 8th-12th

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to implement behavioral strategies in inclusive settings.
- Support students with diverse needs, including ADHD, autism, and emotional disabilities, to foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral management best practices.
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience and knowledge of working within a school-based environment.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and anti-racist practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
