Board-Certified Family Law Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation, excellent legal judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex family law matters from inception through resolution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience practicing family law
- Board Certification REQUIRED.
- Strong experience handling contested family law matters
- Proven litigation and courtroom experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and work effectively with clients
- Strong attention to detail and case-management skills
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Take and defend depositions as appropriate
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
