- Recruit & Retain Talent: Attract motivated agents who want to thrive under your leadership.
- Expand Our Reach: Drive growth in Boston and surrounding markets, tapping into untapped suburban opportunities.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with management and executives to refine systems, scale business, and set team goals.
- Close Deals Yourself: Stay sharp in the market while leading from the front—balancing leadership with personal production.
Who You Are
- A licensed Massachusetts real estate professional with 3+ years of leasing, sales, or investment experience.
- An inspiring leader with proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
- A strong communicator and problem solver with excellent time management skills.
