About the Role & Position Overview

As a highly skilled advisor, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights customers. In partnership with a high-performing team, you will create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store consistently achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Pay Range:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
