Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hr
The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, ect.

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Body Shop Clerk who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.The Body Shop Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to body shop operations.
Greet customers as they arrive in a pleasant and professional mannerDirect customers to the resources that will best meet the customers needsAnswer incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional mannerScreen calls and direct to the appropriate party, and/or obtain enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customerReceipt and record cash, checks, and credit card payments from customersReconcile cash drawer daily, as directed by the accounting officeFile repair orders as neededOpen and close repair orders for all incoming and outgoing vehicles in a timely mannerOperate office equipment and computer systems as neededMaintain Customer Satisfaction at or above company standardsMust be an effective communicatorMust be team orientated and comfortable in an open office settingMust have a strong attention to detailMust be able to operate in a fast paced environmentMust be at least eighteen years of ageMust be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
