Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.00-$19.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, you are the first friendly face to greet our clients upon arrival and you assist with checking in their vehicle. Using your strong communication skills, you assist with follow up calls and provide timely updates to our clients regarding their vehicle status. You coordinate transporting vehicles for sublet repair and handle important administrative tasks like insurance billing, creating and closing repair orders, and invoicing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to grow their career and one day become an Estimator!

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Exceptional customer service skills
• General automotive / dealership experience is helpful
• Strong phone and computer skills (including Google)
• Experience with CCC One or Reynolds is a plus
• Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
