We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Body Shop Valet/Porter who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.The Body Shop Valet/Porter is the initial contact at the collision center for the arriving collision customer. The Body Shop Valet/Porter is tasked with meeting and greeting customers when they arrive.It is the Body Shop Lot Attendant's responsibility to move customer's vehicles to and from the drive and collision repair shop.

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information at the customer's vehicle when possibleAssist the Estimators in helping customers while maintaining organization in the collision driveMove the customers vehicle following the greeting process as outlined by management in a safe and secure mannerRetain keys according to departmental safeguard proceduresActively promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealershipFollow dealership specific procedures for active vehicle delivery of the customers vehicle resulting in return visits and admirable (CSI) Customer Satisfaction IndexReadily assist fellow collision personnel in completing the work necessary to ensure full functioning of the shopAbility to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of timeAbility to operate manual transmission is highly preferredMust be a minimum of eighteen years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
