Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and replace commercial and industrial boiler systems.
- Perform inspections, equipment repairs, and system startups.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Adhere to all company and industry safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain proper inventory.
- Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, serviced, and in proper working order.
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
Qualifications
- Electrical troubleshooting skills are a must.
- Previous experience with commercial and industrial boilers and systems.
- Proven track record of servicing and replacing boiler systems.
- Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and customer-focused attitude.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
